Clarinda City Council to meet tonight

The Clarinda City Council will meet in regular session tonight at 5:00 in City Hall.

Topics to be discussed include wastewater treatment improvements, softball field renovations, the Ghost Walk on October 26th, amendments to parking laws, and approval to the final plat of the Nordland subdivision.
